About Us
Meyer Landscaping, Inc started as a partnership between twin brothers, Ronald and Roland Meyer, in the spring of 1970 when they graduated from Southwest Missouri State University.They received comprehensive Bachelor of Science degrees. Ronald’s degree is in Business Management while Roland’s degree is in Business Marketing. Ronald has been landscaping since 1963 as he worked for Harold F. Hagemann Landscaping (his uncle) each summer through his high school and college years. Meyer Landscaping employs 25-30 people during the peak busy season. One employee has been with the company for 30 years and several others for at least 17 years. Meyer Landscaping has one licensed landscape architect, one certified horticulturist with a Bachelor of Science degree in horticulture, and three certified commercial pesticide applicators licensed by the Missouri Department of Agriculture, and numerous licensed technicians.
